Thumper Pond is a beautiful setting for a golf tournament built in the center of an old tree farm. With nearly every fairway surrounded by penalizing trees, birdies are just as easy to make as bogey at Thumper. Last year Jake Wherley, the Assistant Professional of Thumper Pond won a 4 person playoff on the 18th hole with an eagle! The field included many PGA Tour hopefuls gearing up their games before the fall series of Web.com Tour Q-School.
